Why Do I Exercise ?

Staying active is a human need in this technological era. Sedentary lifestyle is affecting humans physically and psychologically.Exercise helps you to relax and become happy because there is a release of endorphin hormone that makes you happy/satisfied after a workout or game.It also certainly helps you to be in shape.Being in shape is a great thing for many people because it helps you to be on top of your confidence.The main aim is to sweat. You can sweat in multiple ways.Either you can play a game like soccer or you go do exercise in your home on your floor or go running somewhere.Exercise or workout doesn’t always mean going to the gym. I know people who have not stepped into any gym but stay in wonderful shape.Once you feel the joy of exercise and sweating then it becomes a habit thereby becoming a priority to you. Once it becomes a priority then you do it very often.
